Enquiring about Citrus Springville

Q: Hi All,I am talking to Citrus Ventures for buying a villa in SpringVille project in Haralur. I understand that initially the project was being developedby IDEB but due to some financial reasons the project was stalled and then Citrus took over this stalled project and is completing it.Can you please help me by providing me exact information about this project like How is this project, what was the exact reason for IDEB exiting, whether this property has clear titles, approvals, how is Citrus developer, is it worth buying this villa and any thing else that might help me deciding? Can somebody provide me the contact number to discuss more this property.Br,Shankar

i tried purchasing house in springville ,but the marketing guy/ceo and other staff didn't show much interest and quoted me three different prices in one weeks time by jumping the prices from 1.1cr to 1.6 cr and didn't even turn up every day we mutually fixed. The project seems to be fine but stuck from last 8 years due to promoters goof ups. the project also have some issue with HDFC bank and is poorly managed by citrus. the build quality was also a big question with the villa i checked as the plastering were falling ,the walls were damp and the ambiance was spooky around .
