Q: Hi All,I am talking to Citrus Ventures for buying a villa in SpringVille project in Haralur. I understand that initially the project was being developedby IDEB but due to some financial reasons the project was stalled and then Citrus took over this stalled project and is completing it.Can you please help me by providing me exact information about this project like How is this project, what was the exact reason for IDEB exiting, whether this property has clear titles, approvals, how is Citrus developer, is it worth buying this villa and any thing else that might help me deciding?
