I have two flats of Brigade. They have a horrible quality. Both of my flats the tiles have come out and I had to invest lakhs of money for repair. You can come to my apartment at any time Brigade Gardenia J P Nagar 7th phase to see the quality as several walls are having cracks the whole building looks like it may fall any time . then then decide. Infact I am selling my 1 bhk in brigade gardenia at throw away price for the same reason.

I just bought a 3BHK here last week. Personally speaking, there are cheaper options on Kanakapura Road (closer to the city). However, the quality of life will be much different in Brigade Meadows compared to the rush of city life. The open spaces available in this project cannot be beaten (even by other projects of Brigade/Nitesh, etc). So for me at least for now, it's was a question of peace and distance from the busy city life (Brigade meadows) v/s living closer to the city (other Projects).

Brigade Meadows offers 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with good amenities such as Swimming Pool, Children Play Area, 24/7 security, Rain Water Harvesting, Landscaped Gardens, Sewage treatment plant and much more. Brigade Meadows located at Kanakapura Road Next to Art of Living Banglore and it is a very well developed area.

I have 2 flat in Brigade Apartments in Brigade Gardenia. After about 5 years I have been facing tons of quality problems because of inferior workmanship from Brigade. Both of my houses tiles have come out and had to spend lakhs of rupees to fix them. Also the biggest problem with them is that they control the club and increase the club charges exorbitantly year after year. If you happen to put your house for rent they charge club membership for each individual person. So if you are four people you will end up paying 60k for one time member ship charges and 2k per tenant per month.

They wont let you use club with several dress and timing regulations. They ensure that they distribute the same club membership to as many people as possible and to avoid crowding of resources they enforce impractical rules and people who are once trapped continue to become the victim.

Be wary about the club specific costs and quality specific concerns before investing in your dream house.
