Any feedback or information on Hamsadhwani?

Q: I am planning to book a plot in Hamsadhwani but couldn't find any info in the net, as it is recently launched. Have anyone bought a plot at Hamsadhwani? Any feedback or information on this would be appreciated.

Hi,
I heard this is a thoti inam land. Will there be a problem on clearance?

Hamdhwani is very near to rajagopuram hardly 300ft. Also the rate is inclusive carparking, cauvery water deposit, drainage deposit and registration charges. Over all it is nice.

Karthik, I heard that the pre-launch price was around Rs 1000 per sft. Not sure about current rate.

Thanks for your input. Do you think 1000 per sqft is worth for the plot in that area? Is there scope for appreciation in the near future? Would there be enough price appreciation in this area, say like that of Sarjapur OOR areas or HSR?

Shriram Hamsadhwani is one of the prime residential projects located at off Hosur Road, Anekal, Bangalore. It is among the newly launched projects of the reputed Shriram Land Development India Pvt. Ltd. The project plan seems to be very good.
