Mantri Synergy's dangerous lift

Q: I am a resident here in Mantri Synergy. The lift is not having a very basic safety mechanism that when power goes off, it

doesn't go on to the nearest floor to open it up. If power goes off people will be stuck and if there is no electrician to

do the switch over to the DG power.. that is stay there in the dark and if you are lucky to survive then some one will come

and open the door for you... Staying in 8th floor there is no option other than using the lift... Very basic security

feature is not there in the lift of this so called "HI-TECH" apartment. Frustrated living here. Will there be a solution for this?

Such a problem is very dangerous.. At times, if nobody is there to check the persons struck may even die out of suffocation.. Have you or other residents spoke of this problem with the builder or whoever concerned? It is better to replace it with a well-advanced lift or else add some technology so that it works better..

Yeah... The ARD is a device need to be there in the lift for the Automatic Rescue - which will bring the lift to the nearest floor and the door will be opened in the event of power cut. But Mantri to cut the cost they even not provided this basic security feature in the lift and they are playing with the lives of people. These are very basic and important feature need to be there rather than swimming pool and gym (Only look is what Mantri's concern - so that they can sell and run away. They don't bother about people who are going to live there. Just a business minded people.

I have been hearing many such complaints regarding the Mantri projects these days.. I am surprised to see how can such a renowned developer neglect such things..
