Q: The recent rates in projects much later on OMR - more on the Vandalur - Kelambakam road (Sobha Merrita & others) are quoting over 4700/- psf. There is another project by Hira launched in Thaiyur further down.
Are the rates in Mantri Synergy going up & appreciating - any views/thoughts from members there who are aware of transactions is much helpful
Mantri full complex is ready and operational for the past 2 odd years & the rate of 70 lac for 3 BHK seem to be less than 4500/- psf - is it so low? Especially when the under construction projects after Mantri & away from OMR main road are quoting 4700-4900/- psf.

Hello, what kind off unit you are looking for ? Currently 2 and 3 bhks are available. For 2bhk the price is around 58 lakhs and for 3bhk the price is around 70 lakhs. So far i didn't heard any negative review. Within two years the appreciation is expected around 15 to 20 perc, so if you are planning to buy, i would suggest you to go ahead.
