Not exactly. If you paid the full money including the extra amenities, then they were giving 10% discount on the base value, which is slightly less than bank interest.
I asked their representative in the site office for the legal documents just to go through them over there itself (not to take away to show to a lawyer). My request was declined saying they have just 2 sets of the documents and both the sets are in circulation. I was surprised to know that for such a large project they have only 2 copies of the docs, and none of them is in office. Further asked if they have obtained all the necessary permissions (plan sanction, water supply approval, BESCOM approval etc.). I was informed that the plan has NOT BEEN sanctioned yet, and it will take another couple of months. Surprising!!!
Is there any group of Mantri Serenity owners, which are sharing their experiences. I would like to be part of that.
though there is a committment from M/s mantri that I phase would be handed over by 31st Jan, 2014, it seems they are delaying it upto June '14. Yesterday I went to site, there is hardly any progress in past two months.
with all the extra cost it is Rs.6000 per sq ft.. which in my opinion is exorbitant.. only plus point other than the locality is only mantri is giving pre-emi which no one else in the area is giving.
I have bought a flat in the I phase here. There is no legal hassles. All banks are giving loans. papers are very clear. But what I heard is that there is some smal hitch in the second pahse
Mantri Developers is one of the reputed and well known builder of real estate. They have successfully completed many projects and I do not think there is any legal issue in the project.
