Watch Out for such fraudsters.

Q: My flat No. 105, Jaya Emerald, Opp. SCT College has been put for sale by a real estate broker - Madan. I have never put up my property for sale. Do not deal with Madan of Ikya Properties. He is a fraud. When confronted, he says the owner's son has put up the flat for sale. I do not have any son. He is lying. Watch Out for such fraudsters.

I was shocked when people started coming up to my apartment to say that I had put my apartment for sale. I have been staying there from the time the building was constructed. I have never put my apartment for sale. Madan, the realtor is lying and is a cheat. In everyone else's interest, watch out for such deals. There are fraudsters.

well this is a common problem with the agents, they post some miss information to get contact details from prospective buyers. once they get the call, they say, sorry madam / sir that property is gone.. i have similar properties would you like to have a look at them... ... i stopped looking at teh adverts posted by any agent altogather..

Dear Ms. Ruchi, sorry for the inconvenience. We had a conversation with the broker, Mr. Madan, regarding the issue and understood that the flat number was wrongly listed by the broker. This had led to all confusion. Now since the listing has been deleted, you will not be troubled by buyers any more.
