Q: What all say if one gets a fresh booking around 5000 psf and one has to pay around 90% in 15 months? Isn't it better than Resale? I have heard resale rates of around 4400 psf in Mapsko Casabela Sector-82, Gurgon.
I believe this is good price because in resale you need to pay all in one go and other things is seller may require some black money. You also have to pay rs 100 ps to developer as transfer charges. this is good option and i am sure return will be awesome after 2 years. So many SEZ near by..
Indiabulls distribution is offering Mapsko Casabella at arnd 5100 psf rates (fresh booking) and at the same time payment period of 15 months is also being offered. and they have got exclusive right on this deal.
Looks a good deal as the structure of this project is ready and in resale one has to pay 80-90% upfront. So better to go for a Fresh Unit.
