Q:What all say if one gets a fresh booking around 5000 psf and one has to pay around 90% in 15 months? Isn't it better than Resale? I have heard resale rates of around 4400 psf in Mapsko Casabela Sector-82, Gurgon.
Latest Answer: I believe this is good price because in resale you need to pay all in one go and other things is seller may require some black money.
You also have to pay rs 100 ps to developer as transfer charges. this is good option and i am sure return will be awesome after 2 years. So many SEZ near by..
