Well Said Sadusum............Marketing does a good job in pulling in people were in the Management is not hand in hand with the progress...........Facing the same problem.

I lost faith in DSG management. They are irresponsible and the people incharge of the project are not trustworthy. They are giving false commitments according to their convenience.

The bottom line is they neither have the material nor the manpower to complete the project in atleast the next three months.

One of the family that is already staying the appartment have all their electronic equipment burnt due to power fluctuations, this shows the carelessnesss of the management.

The other false information that they are putting forward is that the electricity department doesn't provide connection unless 60% of the flats are registered.

On a whole, this project is turning out to be a disappointment and lost the credibility.

People who are planning to buy in this venture should reconsider their decision.

Once u make full payment builders are liable to provide u possession as per bye-laws. Already a family is living in 3 BHK-1560sft in 5th floor. It is just that we need to push DSG management for occupancy.
