is lrs is required to purchase plot in beeramguda

Q: some banks are approving loans towards this purchase
some are asking for Lrs
but builder is saying its comes under grampanchayat so LRS is not required

i think HMDA has appealed to apply for LRS which is compulsory as per LRS Rules.It is for regularizing the plots which are having registered Sale Deeds executed prior to December 31, 2007. Please do verify it.
