No railings on side stairs at Oceanus Royale

Q: Where is the disability friendly access you guys are talking about? None of the side stairs even have railings for old people or disabled people to climb the stairs.

I feel all the owners should form a group and talk with the builder about the railings as it is dangerous for older people as well as children.
