Fat without OC in miraroad

Q: HI I guy I want tobuy a flat in Miraroad , i have seen a 1bhk resale flat, and i liked it, but it has only CC not OC, but broker said he will manage to get me load from IDBI , it is safe to buy a flat without OC or if i have to sale it after sometime will thr be anyprob. bcoz of this?

please check the blur print, with Mira Bhayander municipal corporation if it 's ok then there is no issue

Please do not buy flats in Gaurav Excellency Mira Road. You are going to get cheated. The builder himself sells the flat to more than one buyers and there are gangs of gundas who comes and tortures you. The area is very bad. Even the investors who have flats in their names sell it to more than one buyers. There are multiple registration for one single flat in most of the flats in Gaurav Excellency. There is no safety for women. Please do not enter into trap. The information posted is 100% true and is a victim of this trap

Hello Habeeb..i personally suggest you to first get Occupancy certificate..don't believe these brokers. It is illegal.
