Need Investment advice

Q: A friend of mine is insisting to buy a home in City Park near SIPCOT. Wish to know if the project is CMDA or DTCP approved. Thank you.Well, I have been planning to buy a home near SIPCOT, Siruseri. As the projects around the area are huge and high-investment intensive, I wished to look for small builders in the area who charge less.

I chanced upon a small-time builder recently and the project seemed to have got no CMDA or DTCP approval yet barring a Panchayat's permission.

Is it OK investing money in the said project?

Hello...I would personally suggest you to buy homes which are CDMA or DTCP approved. These approvals are very necessary else you will be in trouble soon.
