Need Investment advice
Q: A friend of mine is insisting to buy a home in City Park near SIPCOT. Wish to know if the project is CMDA or DTCP approved. Thank you.Well, I have been planning to buy a home near SIPCOT, Siruseri. As the projects around the area are huge and high-investment intensive, I wished to look for small builders in the area who charge less. I chanced upon a small-time builder recently and the project seemed to have got no CMDA or DTCP approval yet barring a Panchayat's permission. Is it OK investing money in the said project?

Latest Answer: Hello...I would personally suggest you to buy homes which are CDMA or DTCP approved. These approvals are very necessary else you will be in trouble soon.
