Hi, Shruti,
As per my conversation with builder executive ,I came to know, this project construction has started. It's in full swing. Builder quoted price 3600/sq-ft for 2 BHK , 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment,area ranging from 972 sq-ft to 4050 sq-ft. It has total 12 Blocks & 18 floors. Expected possession of this project is July 2017.

Hi all, i have visited the site and have found that they have done excavation for around 2-3 towers area and are doing for rest, they are saying they will complete it by 2016 beginning..

In my point of view, taking a first step towards this project for investment, you can gain higher profits in future as it is located at a great developing neighborhood close to the civic amenities of the metropolis. This sector promises to be good for capital appreciation. It is an ideal location for families to settle down & also offers better connectivity to other sectors. It is good for both long term investment as well as end use purpose.

Hi. I booked a flat in Gayatri Aura in Dec 2011 when they just started advertising and I have already paid them 2 installments (around 7 lks) (Around 3.5 lks in Dec 2011 while booking and remaining 3.5 lakhs in feb 2013).. Initially I was told that i will get the possession in Mid 2013 but then because of land issues, it was on hold.
Can someone please tell what is the status of this project. Is it approved. I am getting worried as I have paid them a big amount and the thoughts are coming that will I ever get the possession of this flat or i have lost my money. Please update ..

Is there some one else who has invested in this project?

They are waiting for GNoida Authority clearance to raise floors from G +17 to G+22. May be construction would start in march ending.
