Is Oxy Homez land is freehold? And is it free from any legal dispute?

Q: They dont show sale deed of land, and also they dont show aproved floor plans of the project.... are they hiding something?

Hi Sunil as the project is situated near by the run way of Hindon Airbase and the project ahs also got clearance from the airbase.
Its not within the area restricted for high rise development.OxyHomez is seems a good choice as the posession date they are saying is De13.The road in fron of the Oxy Homez project is proposed to be 6 lane. I spoke a broker who gave me all this information. Do you want to invest or already invested ?

Probably they are.. if everything is fine then why wouldn't they show the proof? May be the approvals are yet pending.
