Hi Karan, We bought Townhouse in B1 rate was 4200 sq ft + stamp duty and registration...I don't know right or wrong ..we had limited time so just went for it...what is sq ft area for the flat you are going to opt and is there any additional charges
Hi Harshada, could you please tell me if you applied for a home loan for it. We have been told that since it is a resale and completed flat but does not have a completion certificate and PCMC tax receipt the loan cannot be sanctioned on it.Could you please let me know your experience on the same. If possible, please let me know a number on which you can be contacted on.
Hi Jigyasysa, We recently bought 3 bhk there in the month of October. We liked the building architecture. Construction quality is OK. The material is good its just that its not flashy (doors, kitchen tiles particularly). We are not living there yet but heard most of the amenities are functioning. They are already getting corporation water and about to get completion certificate after which the amount of water from PCMC may get increased. We asked few residents there and they told they never faced water problems yet. Builder is good and cooperative. We took a resell flat and he gave us good cooperation. Hope this will help

Are there any water related issues in the society like water comes through tankers? And can anyone tell me what is the reason the builder hasn't got completion certificate yet and so no possession letters given to owners?
Possession letters are given for furniture thing..so legally we cant move in...but now a days its a practice. We last spoke to the builder (last week ) he said someone form PCMC visited already and they are hoping for OC in coming month. There is application on PCMC website where you can verify things regarding OC by entering survy no info.
