Q: Hi Folks,I have booked my plot in Millenium square (VIP Housing and properties) Oragadam, Chennai. But just need to know how genuine are these guys and also are the documents legally fine or is there any issues or problems??? Pls give your reviews.
I buy a residential plot of 1200 Sft in Millennium Square at Oragadam, Chennai which was promoted by VIP Housing and properties at Chennai.What are the chances of appreciation of value wrt this property. Does the Central Government's proposal to promote into major industrial belt in collaboration of Japan cover this area also..
Oragadam is very clean with enough parking space and 4 lane roads. The road to Walajabad is going to be made into 6 lane highway. Recently Asia largest vehicle testing track and research center was opened in this locality. Oragadam is the most happening place in Chennai at present and it is now connected by 4 lane road to Chennai-Bangalore Highway. Very soon Southern Railway is going to connect Sriperambudur and Oragadam to Indian Railway network. So no dought in next 5 to 6 yrs you can get good capital appreciation in this property...
