Rectification of pending issues of the flat

Q: I, P.JAYALAKSHMI BALAJI owner of the Flat No. B1 T2 of VGN Minerva. We have some pending issues like very big cracks in the house, HEAVY OPEN CRACKS observed near the doors of all bed rooms and TV point in one the bed room to be provided which are to be rectified. I am not sure is it right forum to address or else guide me the appropriate way to log the complaint. Regards, JAYALAKSHMI.P
