Is this flat is good? i heard that the maintenance by the association is not good. Please reply
Q: Is this apartment is good? I heard that the maintenance by the association is not good, like lot of sewage water stagnating in the children's play area, very worst roads to reach this apartment, no proper power back-up, kindly advice me on this

Rectification of pending issues of the flat
Q: I, P.JAYALAKSHMI BALAJI owner of the Flat No. B1 T2 of VGN Minerva. We have some pending issues like very big cracks in the house, HEAVY OPEN CRACKS observed near the doors of all bed rooms and TV point in one the bed room to be provided which are to be rectified. I am not sure is it right forum to address or else guide me the appropriate way to log the complaint. Regards, JAYALAKSHMI.P

Latest Answer: VGN Minerva, Mogappair is 21 kms from Meenambakkam airport and it takes 26 mins if taken Chennai bypass road, 33kms if taken Chennai bypass road and NH 45 and takes 33 mins and 20 kms if taken Jawaharlal Nehru Rd and Grand Southern Trunk Rd/NH 45 which takes 30 mins.
