Query on Registration and Land Escalation...!!

Q: When the registry is going to start, my booking number is 361-B. and i heard that due to change in govt policies, builder is not able to register the NA plots, it seems investment gone into waste...!! can somebody throw some light.

Hi Nripendra, if they are not keen on continuing the construction or are stuck with getting government approvals, then I would suggest you to withdraw your money back. They can not keep anyone's money which if you keep in bank can get interest. Make a group of all buyers and speak to the builder.
