Q: Hi..I am planning to buy a resale flat in kolkata. Should i purchase a old flat in the city centre or which is 5 years old on the out skirts of the city? How about a almost 20 years old flat at city centre..??

Hello Mr Ganguly...now this entirely depends upon your aim to buy a flat. If you are buying for commercial and living purpose, i would suggest you to go for city centered projects and if you are looking flat for investment purpose then you should buy anew flat as its value will increase in coming years. And 25 year old flat will although cost you less but will not fetch you good profit in future.
