Hi Punnet, there is a sudden hike of price in south Delhi because Greater Kailash 1 and 2 both are posh areas and maximum are villas.So if there is any sale or re sale of villas, the price is generally high due to the area. Haus Khaus is a commercial place where maximum designers have showrooms so again commercial space is in demand in that area. The whole idea of price hike is the rise of demand, but why you actually want to know about this particular region? what kind of property you want to invest in?
