Haus Khaus is a commercial place where maximum designers have showrooms so again commercial space is in demand in that area. The whole idea of price hike is the rise of demand, but why you actually want to know about this particular region? what kind of property you want to invest in?

I visited Greater Noida last weekend and I must say that the infrastructure is the best in NCR. It is simply mind blowing. Hotels, schools, office all are coming up in this area.
