Negligence towards the customer.poor responses from helpdesk
Q: We booked a flat in Marg Brindhavan on Dec 2010.At the time of booking they promised to deliver the flt by Dec 2012.It has been 2 years but construction is not yet complete.It has been started just 2 by dec 2012 only.Due to this,We requested for money refund ,they accepted but have not yet refunded the amount.every time we call them they say by next month it ll be refunded.it has been four next months till now... We are very irresponsible answers from their help desk like,the team is on leave for new year,pongal,christmas etc...Very shocking no know that such a prestegious builder is behaving this manner to their client..
