Q: i booked apartment at Brindavan 2 years ago and the hardly any progress. i was to be completed in 2014 and its far from even half way through. what is the plan to complete? how many more years !!!
We have also booked in F block and paid 50 % ... Not sure when they will complete ..They are updating the same pictures for last one year in the construction status page...
I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the forward plan. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.
Recently Marg folks have been asking for next installment due... claiming they have started 2nd slab on block E - any of you were contacted - how are you guys handling it ?
Hello, we have bought a flat in A Block. We are also facing the same anxiety about project completion. Last week we received an email request for payment against completion of the 5th slab for Block A. They are sure facing financial problems. I am equally worried about their ability to sustain and complete the project. Has anyone applied for cancellation? Will it still make sense to exit with the 15% cut rather than face an uncertain future? I am equally worried about thier ability to pay back the already paid amount. It is very anxious. In the meanwhile, they still are chasing for the 5th slab payment. Many large projects seems to be in similar trouble except that Marg's problems a to be more acute. Staff are courteous but unable to help the situation.
Has any owners group been formed? Please share if you have updated information on the project.
I don't think , they have money to repay , if you make cancel request they cancel immediately with out refunding a single penny , ask you to wait for a year for getting refund. Its better not to cancel . I met them today they are assuring completion in next 2 years. Just wait and see another 1 year whats the progress . as we don't have any option
Hi , In my point of view, this project is strategically located in the monumental industrial hub between Sriperumbudur and Oragadam. Located on a superlative 6 lane highway which connects NH4 and GST. This project is well connected to metro and mono rail.
I asked them to refund my money and cancel my booking , the replied they will deduct 15% and all taxes and can refund after 9 months , when i asked them cancellation happening because of their delay and no penaulty is accepted , they themselfs donot know what they are answering , i am sure they are in mess and in the process of winding up. If anybody knows legal experts Pl talk with them and lets go there together for final settlement
Me and my brothers booked appt but frustrated by the delays. I am not sure about the progress... we have booked E block. Looking forward to put-forth a joint effort.

Hello Anusha, All the owners can form a group and ask the builder about the delay or what is the reason for the delay in possession. You can also ask the builder for some concession if he agrees to give any.
