Registration Vs Sale Deed

Q: What is the difference between Registration & Sale Deed? Do all Builders in Bangalore do the Sale Deed?

Without submitting the pending doct,bank will not release money to register sale deed. if bank releases money without that proof you may register sale deed.

My loan is sanctioned, but still one document proof is pending on my side. It will take another 4-7 days to get the document proof original as it is stuck in my hometown. Meanwhile Seller is saying we can go ahead with the Sale deed registration and you can sign the loan agreement once the proof is available. Is it safe to do so? Need your inputs and advice.

Yes in Bangalore all buying/selling have to execute sale deed, but I have seen in some constructions the Builder waits till Society formation and then only once Executes a Conveyance Deed which hand over the Property from Builder to the Newly formed Society. Can someone validate this?

Any buying and selling of land/flat has to be done via an agreement also called as "sale deed" in some places...this agreement mentions the land/flat, its location etc etc - it also mentions if it has any issues associated with it.
