Hi Sanjay, As per my knowledge, Pari Chowk is one of the best prime location in Greater Noida. Pari Chowk is the fastest upcoming area in NCR and prime location. This area has already become a hub in Greater Noida with residential societies and commercial malls getting operational. Connectivity with Noida is excellent.
It is expected that industries & commercial complex are shifting to this area. Many physical & economical infrastructures are proposed in this area. Many plots in the surrounding are now converting to houses .The roads are excellent and most of the under construction projects are now ready.
Hi, I heard Pari Chowk market condition is not good . It is having many ups & downs . So as i am planning to invest for first time in this area, i want to know current market price of this area. Kindlyy share some information.
Hi Mr Punnet, As per my knowledge, this is posh locality. In year 2009 , the average residential price of this locality was around 2900/sq-ft. In this year 2015, currently this average residential price was around 5050/sq-ft. Yes there has been huge ups & downs but major tilt was in year 2010 Oct-Dec.
hello, i think that as of now if investing you should look at Yamuna expressway that can get you good returns in the future and also there are talks of extending the metro connectivity to greater noida...if you look at property along side or that is easy accessible to the proposed metro stations im sure that you will get much appreciation...
Bodaki village where there will a station is one of the places where you should invest....
