The draft plan will be published before the April 2013 deadline which will afterwards seek suggestions/objections from citizens and submit it to the state government.The plan contains *Hike in the floor space index (FSI), cluster development for old ‘wadas’ and a new road network in old areas. *Allocation of additional FSI for old properties in Pune redevelopment, parking plots and the areas through which the proposed metro will run. *PMC allows 1.5 FSI in the old city areas, which include the Peth areas. *Metro rail project and cluster development of ‘wadas’ with appropriate share to tenants.
