Q: The face-off between corporators and civic administration in the general body meeting of Kolhapur Municipal Corporation directed the officials to to think back on the proposals related to acquisition of land reserved for primary schools and change in land use.
Latest Answer: Good evening friends......... Will this bill ever pass or they used it for the next election? Only god knows when is the bill going to pass????? The committee has 13 members who are opposed to, while 11 are in favour of proposed amendments. So, the votes of rest 6 members, who are mostly regional party leaders, matter more. So, they need to pressurise them to protect their rights. I don't understand why are they playing such kind of game in the parliament. Have they ever experience the beggar's life or they ever plough the field in sunny day or they ever harvest the crops? If not.....then how can they say that they are with the farmers? I think BJP Govt has the majority in the parliament so they don't need to ask and should stamp the bill in the next session of the parliament.

In case the property owners ignore the notice, they will be penalized as per the Cantonment Act.

Q: Which is the p2 zone that is being talked about and do you think that investing here is wise..?
Latest Answer: Hello Diptanu, I am R K Mathur and I am looking for investing on a project in L Zone area in New Delhi. I have gone through the documents from DDA and various other builders in regards to L Zone and land pooling. Though DDA and urban ministry through their plans and documents are ready to accommodate a huge population by 2021, however, I do not see much action going on and feel dicey. I read your previous comments and advises and according to me you are the most genuine consultant in regards to this area of investment. Can you please tell me if it is going to be a profitable venture? Also the bsp over there ranges from Rs.3200 - Rs.5000, both of them say are best but do not have any sample to see. How can I be sure which one is the best? Waiting eagerly for your response. Thanks R K Mathur
