Q: Very bad expereine in Ganga alfa paradize,
Friend I will not suggest to take home form ARK Prem Construction as well as Goel Ganga Developer very pathatic and pooooooooooooooooooooor service. Not stick to there saying. This Regarding ARK Prem construction & Goel Ganga Develpoer joint venture project called GANGA ALFA PARADISE, Builder has not yet provided meter, building elevation is also not as per the brochure provided at the time of sales, construction quality very poor, staff is very bad and pathatic,builder very slow in taking any actions realted to building works, so many cracks inside each and every flats.

This is a very common issues with builders in Pune. They are only interested till they get the money. Once you can longer leave them, they show their true colors. One of my friends had a similar experience like yours. So when it came to buying a flat for myself, I asked all the people whom I knew for their reviews. But it was my brother who advised me to buy a flat in Shradha- a project by the KBD Group. Two of his friends had been living there for quite some time and gave it a straight thumbs up. The experience for me has not been different! I think it is one of the best housing projects in Baner.
