Q: Hi I am looking to buy an apartment in Delhi but I am afraid of the rates quoted for properties.. please help.

Hi Mohan, the prices are continuously rising, I have no hopes of rates coming down. You better look for properties in Delhi which are located in the suburbs so that price will be comparatively low. You tell me in what rate you would be ready to buy so that I can suggest you few projects or localities where prices are in that range.
