Any idea of how much half a ground 1200 sqft would cost in Padmanabha Nagar in Adyar? ie assuming that hafl ground is available.

Hey Murali....went Adyar to check the apartmernts. No doubt the aparments are good but very expensive. Found that the average price of land here starts from Rs 3 crore. It is because there only limited land available here which is pushing the prices of land.
