The recent rates in projects much later on OMR - more on the Vandalur - Kelambakam road (Sobha Merrita & others) are quoting over 4700/- psf. There is another project by Hira launched in Thaiyur further down.

I would advise you to make a group and visit the consumer court or local ward office for relief.. Or else you can speak with other of not paying maintenance dues if any if water is not provided..
