I am an owner of the flat in FORTUNA KRRISH - This is not only my opinion. All owners have the same view.
We bought this flat because the builder promised a lot of things but after we have made al the payment, the builder's attitude has totally changed. Possession is being delayed from a year and we dont know when that will be given. OC was promised but denied now, heavy deviations from the approved plan,3rd class quality, no water connection, after you make the payment, the builder POC is rude and acts like Gundaas. Save money, respect and peace of mind and go for some other project.
