Q: How good or bad is the reputation of the builders of Shreeman yogi .The promised date of possession was :Dec 2012. The building it appears will take another 12 to 18 months if all goes well. There has been delay in construction and giving of possession

Hello Sir,
3rd slab work of 3BHK building is going on. It is better ask the developer because some site show that it is a ready to move project while in their site it is showing that construction work is going on.

They are good builders and have projects in Rahatni area of Pune mostly. I think one of the reasons for delaying can late approvals or late getting of revenue as down payments from buyers.
