Hello Sir,
3rd slab work of 3BHK building is going on. It is better ask the developer because some site show that it is a ready to move project while in their site it is showing that construction work is going on.

They are good builders and have projects in Rahatni area of Pune mostly. I think one of the reasons for delaying can late approvals or late getting of revenue as down payments from buyers.
