We bought a flat in Jain Inseli park, there is no transparency from Jain housing in making the flat ready.When we call CRM we will hear switch off, since 20 days we are sending mails but no response. Due to this one of my friend dropped the idea to buy a flat from Jain Housing. When I call customer care they will say they will get back to me. but no response.

Jain housing Pebble Brook Chennai Karapakkam is next to graveyard right next to the Block 13 entry gates. These guys have cheated me and never told that there is a graveyard. The graveyard is so close that the you can smell the body fumings on the very entry of main gate.Every time you enter or come out you can see/smell fumings.Its disgusting. The open air fuming is done. I have already complained but no answer or any action form management. They simply deny this. The management and customer service of Jain Housing is a pathetic guys
