Q: During booking time we were inform by Jains Housing that flat will be ready with 15 days from the date 10% payment clearance. Evan after 40 days also flat is not ready and full amount have been paid no response to mails and Phone calls from Jain Housing.

Q: The promoters are not promising on the delivery. The sales person said it would be by Aug 2011 and now during the time of promoter's agreement filing, they say it would be mar 2010 + 3 months grace period.
