Hi , this ia very tricky and confusion question you have asked. Even i was wondering , but atleast after lot of research i understood that, Yamuna expressway is better to invest if you want immidiate possession but if you can wait for 3-4 years Noida expressway is better. just because Noida expressway infrastreure is still on the verge of getting totally developed and costly also compare to Yamuna expressway.
