Even i was wondering , but atleast after lot of research i understood that, Yamuna expressway is better to invest if you want immidiate possession but if you can wait for 3-4 years Noida expressway is better. just because Noida expressway infrastreure is still on the verge of getting totally developed and costly also compare to Yamuna expressway.

Latest Answer: Investors only look at Capital Appreciation . Once appreciation slows down, an investor looks for an exit. But for end users this property segment (luxury flats) has many benefits. When investors want to exit 'en masse' , end users will be able to find good deals . So to some extent it true . regarding projects people are interest in investing in Delhi NCR area right now.So if you are also looking at investment, you can real look for NCR region.

Latest Answer: As far my knowledge, DLF do not have any new project in Delhi-NCR. But DLF have already built a luxury project in GK-II, Queen’s Court, and is in the process of giving possession. DLF is constructing King’s Court at Greater Kailash II (GK-II) in the city.

You can check out few projects like Jaypee Greens Kassia , Icon Apartments Sector CHI III, I Home, all this are in Yamuna express way. And this is a very costly and expensive area, so 2016 will me 2x of what it is now.If you are looking at investment, this is the best time to invest
