Is Delhi government taking lands of owners who have not paid property tax?

Q: Has government ordered like this? Do anyone here know this news? But will it give some time to pay tax, because all cant pay the pending tax immediately.

It has given some 15 days time I think.. Before that all have to pay the dues or else it will take strict action..
