Q: Hi , My self and my wife both have a loan eligibility to buy Apartment or a house but the issue is we do not have the 20% of the amount which need to have to cover remaining amount which bank does not give. we are looking for any builder or seller who can provide 100% funding which can be repaid in EMI. Looking places around electronics city.

Hey Guys - IF I'm not wrong as per the RBI Rules - B Khatha property wont get the loan from any nationalised banks. Dont waste ur money/time in giving money to any broker.
