Can any one tel me which are the Villa projects that are coming up in this area? And what about all the land aquisition that was happening in Delhi NCR, is this not the affected area? If yes, then is it safe to invest while the agitation is going on?

I thibnk the place is in hype and everyone want to invets because the green surroundings and proposed metro station are the top attractions here. If you choose to settle down here, that too will be a great idea. Think the rate per square feet at present starts from Rs.5000.

I agree with the above reply and i think they have given a proper sketch of the place and definitely this is the best time. Greater Noida is a hot location for middle class investors. It is affordable comparing to other NCR locations like Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi or Indirapuram. You have multiple options like plots, villas or apartments as there are more than 60 upcoming projects. Now the prices are a bit law; so this is the best time for those who look for a long term investment.
