Hi Sushant, Indirapuram has observed vast growth in real estate sector. Even the commercial and infrastructure growth is good there.. Properties have witnessed high appreciation. Indirapuram is located close to Noida and Delhi, which has contributed to the high growth. There is a wide range of options available in Indirapuram. First you have to decide whether you are buying property for residential or investment purpose. If it is for residential purpose then consider the distance from your regular destinations like your work place, children's school, college, etc. Then whichever gives you easy access then you can choose to buy flat there itself.

There is high demand for 1bhk and 2bhk flats in Indirapuram . The rental demand for flats is also good there. If you are looking to buy flat and let it onrent then Indirapuram is a good option. For residential use it is good to buy in Crossing Republik. Many leading developers like Assotech, Ashiana and Gaur Builders have developed projects in Indirapuram. Ghaziabad Development Authority has also contributed to the realty growth in Indirapuram. There are many affordable housing projects too.

Crossing Republik is a global city in Indirapuram. It is the first global city of India located on NH 24. There are many ready to occupy flats available there with world class amenities. The rate per square feet is approximately Rs 3500 and more. It is a good choice especially for middle income group buyers. This is definitely a great investment choice. You can expect high returns in a short period of time.. Indirapuram is also located on NH 24. There is good growth potential here too.

This area attracts a number of working middle class. Crossing republic is less costlier than Indirapuram. Ready to move in apartments are many in crossing republic compared to the other nearby cities. Get in touch with a real estate consultant who would help you for a better choice. Investment and infrastructure wise, both hare good. But don’t wait if you have decided, even few months makes huge difference in property prices.

Both are good choices. Indirapuram at NH 24 has a high demand for apartments. Easy connectivity to NCR and Noida attracts many working professionals to Indirapuram. As all the amenities for a good life style are available, it is much preferred. There are a number of luxury projects in the area. Unlike Indirapuram there is a great demand for 3, 4 BHK multi-storey apartments in Crossing Republic. Connectivity to Noida is an important factor that attracts end users to Crossing Republic. This area is more cost effective than Indirapuram. One can buy a 3 BHK apartment in Crossing Republic with the same price of a 2 BHK apartment in Indirapuram.
