Suresh is right.. for investment on any project the first important thing one should see is its location.. Timber Leaf is situated near GMR Intl Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. It is just at 5 min away from the Airport. Many IT Parks like Infosys, Hardware Park and Fab City are in vicinity. Hospitals, ATM’s, railway station, shopping malls are within 10 km distance. It takes 12 minutes from Jubilee Hills and 15 minutes from HI-TEC City. It is also very close to elevated expressway, ORR and HADA Grid Road. So, excellent connectivity is there.

Timber Leaf project location is very good as it is near to airport there will be good appreciation in future.. Many banks are providing loans.. You can contact any nearest branch of ICICI, Axis bank, IDBI bank, DHFL bank or SBI banks..

The project seems to provide a cosmopolitan lifestyle to the residents. Another important thing about this project is that it is the first project which has obtained approval by Hyderabad Airport Development authority (HADA) .

Hi..currently Timber Leaf is offering luxury villas of five bedrooms of size ranging between 3500sqft – 3600 sq ft. They offers various facilities for Villas, community developments and offcourse a well equipped club house. It is a worth investing project.
