I am interested in this property. Can someone let me know about the builder? Also would like to know how far (in kms) is old airport road from this property.
my friend has property in krishna ikon and he is unhappy with construction quality. the builder has promised many amenities and he gave very few. builder is pathetic and he used low quality materials for certain blocks. he has launched couple of projects in diff names (svs cons, svs builder etc) to save tax and please read reviews in consumer court portal. people are suffering by investing with svs and please check with existing owners before investing. all the top floors apt has leakages issues and svs doesnt know how to fix it. most of top floors are un-sold due to leakages and other issues. NEVER EVER INVEST IN SVS builder PROJECTS...KI is okay because of landlords otherwise even this will be crap project!!!
I am about to book a 2BHK in this appt. I could not find any reviews about completed projects by SVS builders and their quality of construction - all reviews that I could find does not talk anything about quality. Since the builder quota is over, I am in touch with agents for the land owner's quota - They are quoting 4700 per sq. ft (inc car park, amenities and others) + reg. The base price they quote is 4100 per sq ft which seems very much higher than what was quoted by the builder. If anybody is dealing with the land owner quota, please provide some inputs. Request you to share your contact details, if possible.
Worse Builder u can come across .... every thing is good at the start ... but the end result and delivery is pathetic. Now they have floated a new company called SVS Constructions... Same wine in new bottle. It was earlier called SVS Developers. Logo is same ... i am sure the delivery wil be too
