Q: I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE POSSESSSION DATE OF IVORY TOWER, PRABHADEVI MUMBAI.
BUILDER IS NEEV BUILDERS. BUILDING SINCE 2007, BLDG IS READY BUT FACILITIES LIKE LIFT, ELECT. WATER , ETC.. NOT YET

Hi you can join the owners group in this website by clicking on Ivory Tower Mumbai and on the left side, there is a tab for Owners group. When you enter the owners group, give your details as per requirement and the admin will approve it in few days, then you can discuss about the ongoings of the project in the group.

They told us possession in march but as per the work I dont think even aug is possible do u know others who have booked I n ivory so that we can meet and decide future action

Hi Pramod, I also have booked an apartment in this project. They told that possession will be given by Aug 2013. Even I feel the last finishing work is going very slow. The facilities are yet to be implemented. Please update with any new updates.
