I intend to buy a flat in Eden Pavilion.

Q: Hi, I intend to buy a flat in Eden Pavilion. I stay in Singapore and as such gathering information for the project is a challenge. Will anyone here have a very candid view as to whether it makes sense to invest in this property ?

Hi..I think they are reputed builders. They have launched many successful projects in Kolkata. They are into both residential and commercial developments. Heard a lot about their Tea brand also.

Sagar - Thanks. Am also interested to know (a) the quality of the materials that they are providing and (b) the reputation of the builder in the city. Will you (or anyone else in the forum) be able to help ?

Hello..Eden Pavilion is situated at E.M Bypass, Near Shahid Khudiram Metro. Projects near metro are good .. i mean its good from both investment point of view and living also.
